JANNAH: Also spelled as Janna. Paradise. A created abode in the Hereafter for those who believe in unity of Allah and in all His Prophet and Messengers, and follow their way of life.
 

The Prophet of Allah (SAW) said:
Indeed, there are hundred grades of the Heaven and the distance between the two grades is as great as between the heaven and earth. Allah has prepared these grades for those who perform Jihad in the way of Allah. (Bukhari)
 
The Prophet of Allah (SAW) said of Firdous:
When you pray ask for Firdous, for it is in the middle of heaven and is higher in grade than the heaven and above Firdous is Allah’s throne, moreover the canals of heaven flow from Firdous. (Bukhari)


1) al-Husna;
Allah Says: {For those who have done good is the best (reward, i.e. Paradise)} [10:26].

2) Dar us-Salam:
This means the Home of Peace (Yunus: 25)
Allah Says: {For them will be the home of peace (Paradise) with their Lord. And He will be their Walî (Helper and Protector) because of what they used to do.} [6:127].

3) Jannat Adn:
Gardens of Everlasting Bliss (Tauba: 72, Ar-Rad: 23)
Allah Says: {Allâh has promised to the believers - men and women, - Gardens under which rivers flow to dwell therein forever, and beautiful mansions in Gardens of 'Adn (Eden Paradise)…..} [9:72].

4) Jannat al-Nayeem:
Allah Says: {Verily, those who believe [in the Oneness of Allâh along with the six articles of Faith, i.e. to believe in Allâh, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, Day of Resurrection, and Al-Qadar (Divine Preordainments) - Islâmic Monotheism], and do deeds of righteousness, their Lord will guide them through their Faith; under them will flow rivers in the Gardens of delight (Paradise). } [10:9].

5) Dar al-Muttaqeen:
Allah Says: {…And excellent indeed will be the home (i.e. Paradise) of the Muttaqûn.} [16:30].

6) Jannat al-Firdous:
The Highest Gardens of the Heaven (Al-Kahaf: 107, Al-Muminoon: 11)
Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {"Verily! Those who believe (in the Oneness of Allâh Islâmic Monotheism) and do righteous deeds, shall have the Gardens of Al-Firdaus (the Paradise) for their entertainment.} [18:107].

7) Jannat al-Khuld:
The Eternal Gardens. (Al-Furqan: 15)
Allah Says: {Say: (O Muhammad SAW) "Is that (torment) better or the Paradise of Eternity promised to the Muttaqûn (pious and righteous persons?" It will be theirs as a reward and as a final destination.} [25:15].

8) al-Ghurfah:
Allah Says: {Those will be rewarded with the highest place (in Paradise) because of their patience. Therein they shall be met with greetings and the word of peace and respect.} [25:75].

9) Dar al-Muqamah:
The Home (Fatir: 35)
Allah Says: {Who, out of His Grace, has lodged us in a home that will last forever; there, toil will touch us not, nor weariness will touch us."} [35:35].

10) Dar al-Qarrar;
Allah Says: {"O my people! Truly, this life of the world is nothing but a (quick passing) enjoyment, and verily, the Hereafter that is the home that will remain forever."} [40:39]. 


Jannah has eight gates around it and each of these eight gates has eleven doors. The names of eight gates are:


1). Bab al-Iman. - Gate of Belief
2). Bab al-Jihad. - Gate of Jihad
3). Bab-al-Kadhemean al-gaidh.
4). Bab-ar-Raiyan. - Gate of Fasting
5). Bab-ar-Radiyeen.
6). Bab as-Sadaqa.  - Gate of Charity
7). Bab-at-Taubah. - -Gate of Repe
8). Bab-at-Salat. - Gate of Prayer



Jannah has not been guaranteed to any human being or Jinn with the exception of the messenger of Allah before their deaths, other than the following ten men. 

1). Abu Bakr as-Siddiq. 2). Umar ibn al-Khattab. 3). Uthman ibn ‘Affan. 4). Ali ibn Talib. 5). Sa’ad ibn Abi Waqas 6). Abu Ubaida ‘Amer ibn al-Jarrah. 7). Al-Zubair ibn al-’Awam. 8). Talha ibn Ubaidu’llah. 9). Abdar-rahman ibn ‘Auf . 10). Sa’id ibn Zaid. May Allah be pleased with all of them.
